One of my absolute favorite colors happens to be this season's hottest color: blush. It's feminine, flirty, sexy, sweet, and mysterious all at the same time. I have always had blush colored clothes and accessories since my favorite color is pink (duh). I handpicked some absolutely darling beauty items, clothes, shoes, and accessories in this season's hottest color. Seriously wish I owned all of these!! If you would like to purchase any of these items, click the links below the pictures.
Pink makes you happy, and if it doesn't then I'm afraid I can't help you. Happy shopping lovelies!

Hi friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, and Columbus day yesterday! Today is Tuesday, which means I'm going to share a handful of my current favorite fall shoes. I own the first 3 shown (two booties and Tory flats), and I must say they are FAB! Super comfy and super stylish. I'm definitely wish-listing my way towards the Sam Edelman lace up pumps below (boyfriend if you're reading this <3). Happy shopping! P.S. If you have any questions about any of these, please reach out to me. Happy Friday friends! I hope everyone in the south is staying safe right now, my prayer are with you. Prayers out to my UNCW family as well <3. October goes hand in hand with tricks and treats, so I thought this would be a fun little post to do. No, it's not about candy. It's about one of my best beauty tricks and a few beauty treats you have to try. In the picture below you may have noticed the Colgate toothbrush with some black bristles, I'll get to that later (and it's not as spooky as it may seem). Also pictured below are some make up items and a hair care item I cannot live without. I can't wait to share these with you!
Well hello there friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful Wednesday. All throughout October I want to share some signature outfits that are so easy to put together, and you will look and feel like a million bucks. I am always on the hunt for a bargain when it comes to clothes, and I never really like to pay full price for anything (unless I absolutely must!). I like high quality products, because not only will they last long, but they will also make me feel like I'm living in my own luxury. Everyone deserves to feel special and beautiful, so if paying a little more for fashion can make you feel special then it's well deserved #treatyoself.
My outfit above features: - Lace up flats by BCBG (got these at Marshalls for a STEAL!) - Kate Spade cross body bag from her surprise sales a few years ago -My top is some off-brand from Burlington Coat Factory (yes, I LOVE Burlington. They have the best deals!) and get ready for this... it was 7 DOLLARS! -My jeans are from Lauren Conrad from Kohls and are some of the comfiest jeans I own. This outfit was so effortless, affordable, but overall looked sharp all the way. I have recreated my look below from Nordstrom. If you like what you see, please click the links to shop! Hi y'all! I just wanted to say that I am so glad it's starting to get cooler here in Maryland. Don't know about you folks down south with your warm weather all year long, but this girl needs seasons. Fall is one of my FAVORITE seasons of the entire year: not too cold, not too hot, leggings, chunky sweaters, apple and pumpkin EVERYTHING, I could keep going on. I wanted to share with a few "totes adorbs" looks for fall!! Please feel to reach out to me if you have any other questions about what you see here. Happy shopping pretties!
5. Too Faced Crèma Color Drenched Lipstick If you don't have an obsession with lipstick, then you might as well stop reading this post now. Just kidding of course, maybe I can convert you! I was walking around Ulta a few weeks ago, just pondering my life choices and how many shades of lipstick I could possibly have. I walked over to the Too Faced counter and saw this beautiful pink sparkly lipstick (I'm a sucker for anything pink and sparkly). I picked up the tube, slid it over the top of my hand and married it right there. THESE LIPSTICKS ARE PHENOMENAL! PERIOD! They go on so smoothly, have a rich and buttery texture, the color pops like no other lipstick I have ever tried before, and the color lasts for hours. They have SO many different shades, so now that you have read this please go and treat yourself. Hey y'all! I'm back. I took a pretty long break from blogging, due to intense studying for the LSAT! That took up about 80% of my life for the past 3 months. ANYWAYS, I thought I'd kickoff the start of this week with an apple related post (since it is fall now #yay #leggings). This past weekend we had my boyfriend's brother and his fiancé down to good old Baltimore for a visit. Since she loves hard cider, I thought it would be fun to visit a hard cidery (if that isn't a word yet, well I just made it one). If you live in Baltimore and haven't been to Millstone Cellars in Monkton yet, have you really lived? The experience was AMAZING! We can't wait to go back. You can even bring your own food and enjoy their draft cider selections, but I'll get into that later. Soooo when you arrive, it's not exactly the Ritz. It actually may make you think to yourself "am I in an episode of Criminal Minds? Where are the killer clowns in the woods that have been all over the news? Is there even a bathroom?" Since I grew up close to Monkton, and have passed this building about 100 times in my life so far, so I knew what I was expecting: a rustic, old yet charming, rickety building. My boyfriend pulled up into the driveway and thought we had the wrong location. As soon as we walked in, he felt a little better about his surroundings (lol. Can I even say lol in a public paragraph?) When you walk in, you are greeted by the original structure, although somewhat renovated with sturdier wood beams. On the main floor, you can purchase their bottled ciders, custom glasses, and other unique finds. If you love rustic, you will love Millstone. It used to be an old grist mill, back in the 1700's. They give you a great tour of the building and the staff is very friendly. If you are a history buff like myself, you will absolutely love it. At the end of the tour, you get a free tasting, I forgot to mention that the entire tour is also free! The cider they make is extremely different from any store bought cider. They use so many different types of ingredients from jalapeños to elderflowers to cherries. I can't really even describe the tasting experience, you will have to go find out for yourself. It was delicious. The tasting floor is decorated with draped strings of globe lights that make for a whimsical experience. You can sit outdoors or inside. The outdoors portion is completely covered, but has open air sides. When the tour is over, you can head over to their adorable draft bar and enjoy draft ciders in a flight or full glass. They sell a few snacks such as cheddar scones, jams, mixed nuts, but you are encouraged to also bring your own food as well. When we finished our tour we saw people who had brought cheese and meat trays to enjoy with their cider (we kept wishing we had brought our own snacks!! Our hangry-ness was kicking in at that point). The outdoor portion was really beautiful, even though it was raining. I could have sat there for hours it was so beautiful and peaceful. It felt like you were in your own little rustic world, with no worries. If you are looking to do something fun on the weekends, but don't want to do anything crazy, I would recommend visiting Millstone. This is definitely a place for the "grandmothers" of the friend groups (aka me). We know who we are! OH! That's the other thing, they are only open on the weekends! Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Check out their website for full details!!! After the 4 of us finished the tour and draft ciders, we headed back downstairs and purchased a few bottles and glasses to bring home. These make GREAT GIFTS!!! Hint hint for the holiday season quietly approaching. So the next time you're out in the Monkton area on a weekend, definitely take the time to stop by here. I can't wait to go back! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me!! I am friendly and promise I won't yell at you or bite. Who knows, maybe I'll even go with you and we can drink cider together and talk about our lives, problems, and favorite trashy tv shows. Have a great day!! There is nothing I love more than packing up a beach bag for a day of sitting under the umbrella listening to the waves crash, and smelling the sweet salty air. Every time I go to the beach I always think I am prepared, but then when I get there I realized I either need something else or forgot something. You really can never have to much in your beach bag. Now, men and women pack differently.... OBVIOUSLY. They grab the towel, a few beers, and maybe the bottle of sunscreen. Us lady folk pack everything but the kitchen sink. Moral of the story is, you can never be too prepared. I have put together a list of things that will live inside of your beach bag this summer. You will find yourself asking "how did I ever survive without these?" The answer to that is: I have no idea, but you're welcome! Enjoy my little beach babies! 1. kate spade "grapefruit tote" 2. maui jim " baby beach polarized sunglasses" 3. tory burch "miller sandal" 4. essie "bikini so teeny" 5. hawaiian tropic after sun "lime coolada moisturizer" 6. j.crew "scalloped french bikini top" 7. j.crew "marysia bikini bottom" 8. sun bum spf 50 9. coola suncare mineral liplux SPF 30 10. lilly pulitzer "clear water zip pouch" 11. sunnylife "tablet sounds" portable speaker tablet case |
